Vegan culinary alchemist Chef Rawsheed shares a delicious, refreshing dish that’s sure to awaken your taste-buds. But wait! He surprises us with another talent as he infuses the dish with his energy!
Plant-Based, Fusion Wild Love
1 package kelp noodles (rinsed)
2 cups raw chopped purple cabbage
2 cups raw chopped cauliflower floretts
2 cups steamed broccoli floretts (steamed 3 minutes)
1-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cups unsalted raw cashews
3 tsp tahini
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp cumin
1-1/2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Prepare the sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients in a blender or bullet. Blend until smooth.
Put all the vegetables and kelp noodles in a bowl. Spritz with Bragg Liquid Aminos and sprinkle with nutritional yeast; to taste. Pour sauce over vegetables and massage with your hands. Although it’s not an official ingredient, go ahead and sing your heart out… infusing this dish with your love. On key… Off key. It doesn’t matter… just sing!
