Kale Breakfast Smoothie
4 cubes of ice
4 destemmed kale leaves
1/4 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp vegan plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 Tbsp peanut butter
4 frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
(optional) 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder; add 1/3 cup water or almond milk to thin
Put all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass or drink right out of the canister. Whatever floats your boat! Just get your GREENZ in!
